We had a nice tour of the municipal building in Mercedes today. Among the many people we met, the judge took some time to meet with us and discuss his work in progress.
Afternoon lunch was at the oldest functioning Pulperia, similar to a saloon. They are only opened on Saturdays and Sundsys but opened for our visit today!
