Getting excited!

As our trip is a mere three weeks away I'm finding the excitement really starting to grow! My Spanish abilities still leave something to be desired but now that it's crunch time I feel a renewed effort to improve. I'm very excited about all the people I am going to meet and the new experiences I'll have. Many people are telling me about the delicious chimichurri sauce that comes with beef dishes in Argentina- yum! I must remember to look up the Spanish word for 'yum'!
